Biography
Attorney Rosenblum is Of Counsel to KCL and has a broad array of experience having been in the practice of law for more than twenty five years. Attorney Rosenblum’s practice concentrates in the areas of, representation of small businesses,and civil litigation. He also services his client’s real estate and estate planning needs. In addition, Attorney Rosenblum is an experienced mediator and arbitrator having served for many years as arbitrator for the Massachusetts Bar Association (Fee Arbitration Board) and more recently as mediator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the United States District Court.
Attorney Rosenblum is the Chairman of the Business Employment Law Practice Group of Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein, LLP.
Attorney Rosenblum has an impressive record of litigation victories on behalf of his clients including contract disputes, employment related disputes (in which he has represented both employers and employees) and business related disputes. His business clients include a diverse group of small businesses including medical practices, research and development companies, manufacturing companies and various technology related firms. He provides start-up companies with business organization advice and assists his business clients regarding employment and operating contracts, commercial leases, dispute resolution, and general business advice.
In addition to his law degree from The Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C., Attorney Rosenblum has earned a Masters and Ph.D. degree in Political Science with concentrations in Constitutional Law. He has written extensively on various legal issues and has been published in journals and newspapers. Attorney Rosenblum is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts courts as well as the United States District Court of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
