Landlord/Tenant Matters

Contact our real estate attorneys for experienced counsel with your leasing matter.

Mark Lichtenstein
Robert A. Finkel
Andra J. Hutchins

Our attorneys represent landlords and tenants in connection with various commercial and residential leasing matters, including, lease review and negotiation, lease amendments and terminations, options to extend, options to purchase, tenant at will agreements, security deposits and last month's rent violations, non-payment of rent, evictions, repairs, and nuisance issues.

We have extensive experience in connection with the drafting and negotiation of commercial and residential leases, and in advising clients of the implications of the various provisions contained within the lease.

We are also skilled at litigating leasing disputes, should that become necessary.
