Divorce in Massachusetts

Divorce can be an emotional and difficult experience.  Whether expected or unexpected, divorce is a reality that many couples have to face.

If you are contemplating a divorce or are aware that your spouse is contemplating a divorce, you need an attorney who is not only experienced, but who also understands the emotional difficulties surrounding the break-up of a marriage.

Divorce can involve many issues such as child custody, visitation, child support, alimony, division of assets, contempt, and restraining orders. Our attorneys have experience with and knowledge of the laws and procedures in the probate and family courts in Massachusetts.

At Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein, we are aware that divorce issues can be overwhelming. As you face the unpleasant prospect of having to deal with the legal and financial issues of divorce, we can represent and guide you through this difficult process.
