Biography

Charles Gould, an associate attorney at Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein, LLP, focuses business, regulatory and employment matters, as well as general litigation.  As a law student at Wake Forest University, Charley was a captain of the National Trial Team and a member of the Moot Court Board.  He graduated Order of the Barristers and was awarded the Robert Goldberg Award in Trial Advocacy. 

In his litigation practice, Charley assists clients (both corporate and individual) with numerous legal issues including contract disputes, unfair and deceptive trade practices, administrative and regulatory proceedings, discrimination claims and non-compete agreements. 

Charley’s business practice includes representing startups and existing businesses in such matters as entity choice and formation, buying and selling of businesses, contract drafting and negotiation, licensing, employment matters and regulatory approval. 

Charley is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.

During his free time, Charley is active in several local charities and sits on the Board of a local nonprofit art center.
